Jon pilots the Lightening McQueen inspired #95 Bandit for the #3PedanoRacers, Pedano Racing team. The 13-year-old has already impressed many during his young racing career, and similar to his big sister and brother got his start in the sport after watching some friends compete. During the 2018 season, Jon stood on the podium twenty-six different times and took home two Bandit event wins. The young man's year was highlighted by his overall championship title in Summer Stampede, as well as finishing third in the overall Texas State Bandit Championship title chase. Along with this success, Jonathan has captured a top three finish in multiple championships, including two different occasions in the Texas State Bandit Championship, and Summer Stampede. With his first two seasons being solid for Jon, his 2019 goals consist of getting faster each week and capturing the Texas State Bandit Championship. Away from the track, Jon enjoys competing for his football team and catching a game or two on his Xbox one, when given the opportunity. Pedano hopes one day to have his name on the starting grid of a NASCAR event and looks up to athletes such as Joey Logano and Dallas Cowboys star receiver Amari Cooper for guidance. Jonathan would like to thank his family for their continued support each week, as well as Physicians Billing Service for all they have done, and continue to do for his racing career.
